Das neue, elegante Buch Roger Boltshauser – Response lässt im Dreischnitt Plan – Skizze – Fotografie ein Dutzend seiner wichtigsten und neusten Bauten Revue passieren, darunter mehrere, die hier erstmals in Buchform publiziert werden. Die atmosphärischen Fotografien Luca Ferrarios, Boltshausers eigene künstlerische Handzeichnungen und die detailreichen Schnitte, Axonometrien und Grundrisse bringen ein vielschichtiges Bild dieses architektonischen Œuvres hervor. Zugleich dokumentiert das Buch eine Ausstellung zum Schaffen Boltshausers, die 2022/23 in Berlin, Paris und Stuttgart zu sehen war und weitere Stationen vor sich hat.

The new, elegant book Roger Boltshauser - Response reviews a dozen of his most important and most recent buildings in a three-part plan - sketch - photograph format, including several that are published here in book form for the first time. The atmospheric photographs by Luca Ferrario, Boltshauser‘s own artistic hand drawings and the detailed sections, axonometries and floor plans create a multi-layered picture of this architectural oeuvre. At the same time, the book documents an exhibition of Boltshauser‘s work, which was shown in Berlin, Paris and Stuttgart in 2022/23 and has further stops ahead of it.
